I work with a wide range of clients of all ages, whose goals are general well-being, athletic specific conditioning, strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, longevity, and other wellness goals.

I offer classes in Yin, Hatha, Ashtanga, Prenatal, Postnatal, Restorative, Kids and Family classes. Classes can be in your home in the GTA and travel expenses apply. Or take a class on Zoom, Skype or in-studio.
